Our Barista’s Job

Our job is to ensure that you can enjoy the best cup of coffee.  We make sure that your coffee is perfect in the following attribute

• The espresso is freshly made to order, coffee beans grind to order
• Dosing, tamping and extraction technique is correct
• The milk temperature is right
• The milk foam is smooth and within our strict ratio
• Any requests from our customers

  @18 Grams, Latte Art is not a must, however that’s up to the creativity of your on duty Barista.
