When will my Subscription plan be charged?
Subscription orders will be charged on the day orders are placed.
The next payment will be charged automatically by your eligible credit card every month until the end of your subscription plan (3 months / 6 months).
 
When will my subscription order ship?
Subscription orders will be processed and shipped in 1-2 working days.
 
How much is the shipping fee for subscription plans?
The shipping fee is already included in the subscription. No extra charge needed
 
How do I cancel my Subscription plan?
Once the subscription (both 3-month and 6-month) plan has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, but if you need further assistance, we are more than happy to help! Please contact our CS by email info@18grams.com
