18 GRAMS is Hong Kong’s premier espresso café. And we have been in the forefront to try to improve on all aspect of our cafes. This new location we will try something new with even more new experiments. Hence the name Roastery and coffee Lab. We will schedule to host some class and some regular cupping events. We are always experimenting with new coffee beans, new roasting techniques and even new coffee recipes. Here are the new things that we will do in this new location Things that we will try in the future, Nitro Coffee, Spirits in Coffee, Coffee Cocktail, food and coffee pairing.
